Throughout my social work career, I have never stopped believing in the capacity that humans have to change! My career has been focused on helping children and families reach their full potential. Whilst dropped in the deep end when I started, I won a Newly Qualified Social Worker award, followed by a Social Worker of the Year Award which helped to propel me into advancing promptly in my career. 

My social work career has included front line practice in safeguarding and care planning as well as children in care and fostering. I have excelled in management roles as well as quality improvement and leadership.

I am now using my skills, knowledge and experience to support other social workers on their journey and coach them every step of their careers from NQSW and beyond. I promote the experiences of social workers through empowerment, support, and encouragement to prevent burnout, and help them achieve their unique goals and have a fulfilling career.
