“It has been great being a part of the VIP Community! It has been good linking up with other Social Workers and upcoming Social Workers sharing our various experiences and expertise, as well as engaging in the peer supervisions and master classes. It has also been a safe space to rant and moan about things that are not so good. Bianca is very friendly and approachable, and wants to see us win in whatever we set our minds to. Bianca reminds us to have daily reflections on the small as well as the big achievements throughout the day, as it’s easy to dwell on what’s not going so well.
